Privacy Statement FAQs

We’ve made these changes to simplify the language used in our approach to privacy. It supports an improved experience by combining important information you need to know about how we handle your personal and credit-related information.

We’re progressively updating our websites, online banking, apps, product and service terms and conditions, brochures, forms, and other documents in line with our improved privacy approach to simplify the language, which means you may see some variations until we complete this work.

There are no significant changes that affect what information we collect, or how we collect, hold, use, or share your personal information. We are working to simplify the language in our Privacy Statement to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect, how and why we collect it, hold, and use your information, and who we share it with and why.

The Privacy Statement provided at the time we collected your personal information (e.g., when completing a home loan application) will apply, and any consents you provided will continue to apply.  Eventually, the privacy information that applies to you will be set out in our updated Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement also includes information previously set out in our Privacy Policy, Statement of Notifiable Matters, and Credit Reporting Policy.
