Supporting Documents

The documents required will depend on the type of card you are applying for.

 

For existing customers opening a Visa Debit Card

Complete the form Visa Debit Card Form (PDF 1MB) (PDF 1MB)

 

For Classic Visa Credit Card

  • Last three consecutive pay slips
  • Employer letter confirming employment and income
  • Employment contract (if applicable)
  • 12 months of bank statements
  • Evidence of other income sources eg. Tenancy agreements

 

Additional supporting documents may include:

  • FNPF statement
  • Life policy statements (if applicable)
  • Identification such as TIN, driver’s licence, or passport

 

Note: We may request additional documents as part of compliance checks.
