About the grant program
A newly established Female Founders Grant Program to support and nurture female founders following the first six months of business operation, who may be struggling to access capital for business growth.
Westpac is proud to provide $25,000 in grants to offer financial support to women founders who are looking to scale up their businesses (5 females to receive $5,000 each)
Applications for the 2025 program open on 1 August 2025 and close 30 September 2025.

Mentorship and networking
- Each recipient will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide them through the early stages of business development, offer advice, and share best practices
- Annual networking events will connect grant recipients with other entrepreneurs, potential investors, and business professionals.
Business development training
- Guidance on business planning and strategy, financial management and budgeting, marketing, branding, and digital tools, legal and regulatory compliance for small businesses.
