You can send mail to the bank e.g queries on transaction, fees & charges, interest charged or enquiries about products and services like online banking.

We will respond to your bank mail sent from 8.30am to 5pm Monday - Friday on business days. To report your card lost/ stolen, please contact us on Fiji (679) 3313443 or PNG (675) 322 0888. To place a stop on your cheque issued, select stop a cheque under customer services on the main menu , complete and submit between 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday on business days.


To Send a message to the bank, again click on Messages on the Main Menu, select Send Mail and you can send a message of up to 1024 characters to the bank.


  • When sending messages to the bank please try and be concise in the words you use so we can act on what you say
  • You cannot attach any documents or files using the Messages service within Online Banking
