What is it about?

The purpose of our graduate program is to attract, hire and retain high calibre talent, to be a place where we recognise, nurture and develop talent to become great leaders. In practical terms, this means building and supporting a diverse workforce of talent, which is ready, capable and agile. This year the graduate program is more targeted and focused on having the graduates’ workforce ready by the end of the program.   

What is in it for me?

Graduate Programs are an essential talent channel to provide reach and access to millennial talent and provide accelerated capability upskilling through rotational designs. Graduates who have completed their 4 rotations in the 12 month period will be given a further 6 months to secure a permanent role within the business. The program is great way to explore teams, role and projects across each division or brand, to make informed career choices.

Applications for the Westpac Graduate Program 2023 is now closed. Our next intake will be for 2024 with applications opening in the Fall of 2023.
